For each client engagement, a CTS Engagement Manager is assigned to work alongside the CTS project team. The role of the Engagement Manager is to oversee the quality of work performed, perform technical review, and to ensure that the deadlines and deliverables are being achieved according to the stated objectives. In addition, the Engagement Manager is responsible for overall client satisfaction.
